What we keep
Account details you give us (name, email, optional profile fields), the listings and comments you submit, and anonymous click/upvote counters. That's it.
Cookies
Only the session cookie needed to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel (US/CA edge); the database is Neon Postgres; email delivery via Resend. Payments run through Stripe — we never see your card.
Outbound visits
When someone clicks 'Visit site' we record the click against the listing so makers can see the traffic their page brings. No personal data leaves this site except your normal browser request to the destination.
Your controls
Signed-in makers can edit or ask us to remove their listings. Email hello@dir.mrait.ca for a data export or deletion; verifiable requests are honored under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law.
Retention
Public listings and comments persist unless a court, PIPEDA process, or genuine abuse report says otherwise. Revoked tokens stop working immediately.
